Asian-Middle-Eastern Open Sandwich.
Bored at home. Decided to make some snacks. Grilled some chicken with Korean ‘Bul-Go-Gi” sauce and cooked it till it caramelized. Layered it on a toast with humus and baby bell pepper. Finally garnished it with some scallion and toasted sesame seeds. Very simple in preparation but the bread and humus tied in with the crispy piece of the bell pepper and the chicken. Finger food while glued to the TV!
